Shipping Information:

Orders under 10 items typically take 3-4 business days to ship. Larger orders and/or special orders may take longer. If your order is anticipated to take longer than the typical 3-4 business days, you will be contacted to give you a specific shipment date.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped. If necessary, order tracking information will be supplied in that e-mail.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping charges on your return. We will issue a refund based on the original purchase price of the ITEM(S) only LESS a 20% restock fee. PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS WE FEEL THERE IS A POSSIBILITY WE CAN SELL THE ITEMS ON THE OPEN MARKET. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RETURN A CUSTOM ITEM.

Order CANCELLATIONS must be sent to us within 24 hours of the initial order date. Please e-mail your request to cancel the order to slickart@comcast.net. Be sure to include all of your contact information, order number and reason for cancellation. A 5% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS.
